GRIMSBY captain Kieran Green wants to use the Blundell Park factor to fashion a repeat of their famous Manchester United giant-killing act.

Brentford, fresh from beating English champions Liverpool on Saturday, will face a wall of inflatable Harry The Haddocks at Grimsby’s compact 9,000-capacity stadium in the EFL Cup fourth round tonight.

Green, who led the Mariners to their second round triumph over United after a marathon penalty shootout finished 12-11, believes the shock to the system for the Premier League team can help them enjoy another famous night.

“I can't imagine any of them have played at Blundell Park, so we've just got to use our advantage,” Green (right) said.
