Lulu: Bowie affair 'deeper than sex'

LULU has spoken of her boozy night of passion with David Bowie - but said their bond went beyond sex.

They hooked up in the mid-1970s after meeting at a hotel in Sheffield while the Ziggy Stardust legend was still married to Angie.

The Shout singer, 76, said: “I think I was slightly p****d.

“He got me there and we were in his room, and we performed the acts. I can't remember details, but I wouldn't share them anyway.

“But the point is, I did and it was an incredible experience to work with a guy like that, to be in his orbit. He honoured me.
