Khan accused of 'delusional' claim over knife crime battle

MAYOR Sadiq Khan has been branded delusional after claiming success in the fight against knife crime despite offences soaring.

He posted on social media that hospital admissions for under-25s were “40% lower” since his Violence Reduction Unit was launched in 2019, adding: “Our work on violence prevention is making a real impact.”
