Just the ticket...lotto is back

THE National Lottery is back up and running after a shut down over the weekend to enable the biggest technology upgrade in the game’s 31-year history.

Operator Allwyn said store terminals were back online at 9am yesterday, followed by the website and app.

And the fortune-hunting public were glad to see it return as more than 118,000 tickets for all games were snapped up within an hour.
