'I am not paying £15,000 charge for terrible service

A FLAT owner says he faces legal action for withholding £15,000 in maintenance charges as a protest over “terrible” service.

Nathan Bingley, 39, has been in a two-year battle with building management company Neil Douglas.

The electrical engineer bought the leasehold two-bed duplex in Milton Keynes, Bucks, in May 2021.
