A FIREARMS officer has revealed that being told her 5ft 3in height would hold her back only served to make her more determined to rise through the ranks.
PC Annabel Courtnell is based at London Stansted Airport in Essex, thriving in the traditionally male-dominated field. Known as Annie, she works with trainers to ensure female officers have properly fitting kit and are supported in the role.
