GET BILBAO BAGS IN FOR A DOUBLE TRIP

BRUNO FERNANDES insists Manchester United owe their long-suffering fans two trips to Bilbao - and Europa League glory - to make up for a shambolic season.

United travel to Spain for tomorrow’s semi-final first leg against Athletic Bilbao, with the final also at the hosts’ San Mames stadium on May 21.

The Europa League winners will qualify for next season’s Champions League and if United go all the way it will be some consolation following their worst campaign in Premier League history.

Skipper Fernandes said: “We have to start recoveri and focus on what we have to do against Athletic.

“It's going to be a very tough game. They play at home, they will play the final at home if they beat us.

“For us, it’s about giving the chance to our fans to travel two times to Bilbao.”
