Fraudster jailed over £1.3million Tesco crash con

A FRAUDSTER has been jailed for 15 months after taking part in a £1.3million fake crash scam on Tesco.
Shahin Mouradi, 24, was one of dozens involved in the con, which used bribed Tesco delivery drivers to stage crashes before insurance payments were claimed against the supermarket.
Mrs Justice Collins Rice said Mouradi had involved himself in "organised crime" that pushes up prices on store shelves, resulting in the "cost of modern living being higher than it should be".
