Dance teacher sues over meltdown at yoga retreat in Goa

A DANCE teacher who claims that she suffered a life-changing emotional meltdown on an yoga retreat in Goa is suing its British organiser.

Melissa Revell says intense self-exploration exercises on a £2,250 yoga training course brought on a breakdown which has left her unable to work or look after herself and has seen her balloon from a size six to 16.

She claims she was well before the course but it allegedly had unadvertised psychological exercises that led to her being "retraumatised" by memories relating to being adopted.
