WANDERING out of a supermarket, | caught a conversation between a woman and a small girl.

“Are you wearing your beautiful ballerina shoes?” the woman asked.

“Excuse me,” | said, “but is it the ballerina or the shoes that are beautiful?”

“Good question,” she replied. “The shoes are beautiful but | am unsure about the ballerina. It seems to me beautiful ballet shoes are more likely to be worn by beautiful ballerinas. Why do you ask?”
