CROYDON Harriers were successfully active across the ages last week, contesting three league matches.
At Tooting Bec on Wednesday, the men's team took a good second in their "Home" Rosenheim league match due to the poor condition of the Croydon Arena
On Saturday, the girls and young women were in Lily Braben League action at Guildford Spectrum. Twenty-four winners, and customary really good backup put the Croydon girls 39 points clear of Kingston.
The Lily Braben match produced a fine pair of field event maximums from U17s Loria Owusu and Annette Lartey in the shot with puts 10.16m and 9.01m, and the discus with distances of 24.08m and 20.89m. For fair measure she won the A hammer as well, with a 21.58m heave.
