A MUM made an impassioned plea for 20mph zones outside every school in Warwickshire following the tragic death of her son.

Michaela Jackson's son Harley died at the University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire after a collision with a car while out on his bike on Coleshill Road in the village in 2019.

In the wake of his death, she pledged to make the roads around Ansley safer for youngsters and launched the For the Love of Harley campaign. But she has taken her mission one step further - by becoming a North Warwickshire Borough councillor - to make an even bigger change.
