FRANK Lampard will be keen for his Coventry City players to double down on their push for promotion when they make the long trip to Swansea this weekend, looking to make up for lost points against Southampton.

Lampard hopes to bounce back at Liberty

The Sky Blues have just eight games to go and know they can secure their return to the Premier League before the end of the campaign if they can keep racking up the points at the top of the Championship table.

Saturday's 2-1 CBS Arena defeat to the Saints was a difficult reminder as to how tough a league this can be and the Swans will provide another stiff test in South Wales.

Vitor Matos’ men suffered their own disappointment last time out when they lost at Welsh rivals Wrexham, but they'll take confidence from being back to the relative home comfort of the Liberty Stadium where they have only lost four games all season, having won 10 and drawn five.
