Approximately 50 opportunities, zoned for residential, commercial, industrial, community, and mixed-use purposes, will be made available for sale and lease on Thursday 26 February.

The properties, located at various areas around Cape Town, will be auctioned by the Claremart Group at the Cape Town Stadium.

In total, approximately 282 000m² of land will be released.
