Khosi Gogome Tshifularo, the traditional leader of Tshikombani village under the Tshivhase Dynasty, spoke at the Fondwe Mighty Blues sports grounds last Wednesday during a mayoral imbizo hosted by the Thulamela Municipality. He represented Thovhele Midiyavhathu Tshivhase and was joined by Vhembe Mayor Freda Nkondo, councillors and other traditional leaders.
