Over 60,000 affected by flood, rivers in spate

Over 60,000 people have been affected by floods, and thousands of people await evacuation as heavy rainfall continued in Manipur on Tuesday.

Thousands of people were taken out on Tuesday by members of Arambai Tengol and Assam Rifles, and Army personnel to a safe place. The number of relief camps has reached 65 as and women, children, and the aged were given food and water.
