Conviction sentenced 25 years rigorous punishment against accused person

The sleuths of Po-lice Mangalhat PS, Ghoshamahal Division, South Zone, Hyderabad, said that the Accused Convicted for Rigorous Imprisonment for a Period of 25 years and to pay a fine of 5000/- by the court of XII Additional Sessions Judge, Hyd for sexually assault a minor girl.

The accused person has sexually assaulted a minor girl, upon which on the complaint a case has been regis-tered at Begum Bazar PS, later as the place of offence fall under the limits of Mangalhat PS, where the case has re-registered as Cr.No: 205/2022 U/s 354(A)(1) , 376AB of IPC & Sec 3(a), r/w 4(2), 5(I)(m) r/w 6 of Pocso Act at Mangalhat Police Station, later the police mangalhat was apprehended the accused person and remanded him for judicial custody.
