Congress Govt earns recognition for promoting agriculture through solar pump sets : CM Revanth Redd

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Monday stated that his government has earned the distinction of promoting agriculture by providing solar pump sets to farmers cultivating fallow lands.

He made these remarks while addressing a public meeting at Macharam village in Nagarkurnool district, following the launch of the Rs 12,600 crore Indira Saura Giri Jal Vikasam scheme.
Expressing deep emotion, the Chief Minister said his heart was overflowing as he stood to speak in the land of Nallamala, which he referred to as his birthplace.
He recalled the promises made during the election campaign to develop Atchampet as an ideal constituency and assured the people that concrete steps are now being taken in that direction.
"As your son, I am personally involved in creating special plans for the development of this constituency, and I have already directed officials accordingly," he said.
