High-speed car chase ends in Muizenberg

A WILD car chase through the streets of Cape Town had people shouting "this is the new Hollywood" on Monday.
The suspect had led cops on the dangerous high-speed ride through the southern suburbs before he was finally busted in Muizenberg.
The chaos went down when metro police and SAPS officials spotted the suspect driving recklessly in Church Street, Wynberg.
But when they tried to stop him, he sped off like in a movie scene.
A video of the dramatic chase quickly made its way around social media, showing the white VW Polo weaving through traffic, speeding through busy roads and even driving against oncoming traffic on the M5.
