WHATEVER happened to that show where Hugh Dennis dug up people's gardens?
-
I hope they haven't cancelled it. Admittedly, I probably watched it twice, if not less, so I guess I can't complain if they have.No more than I can complain when one of our local shops closes down and I remark on how sad that makes me, forgetting I only shopped there once and I spent about 48p.
But the episodes I did see of Hugh's thing were definitely fun. They were also full of surprises, as you'd expect from a decent archaeology show (which is what it was, by the way, in case you think I've been talking about Gardeners’ World).
