Design code unlocked for next phase of building at Wintringham

IMAGES have been released to show what a major new Cambridgeshire development could look like.

The next phase of Wintringham has reached a key milestone. Huntingdonshire District Council has green-lit the design code of the phase 2 framework of the development.

Phase 2 comprises the middle section, between Wintringham Brook to the north and Hen Brook to the south. It will include 900 homes, a two-form entry primary school, local facilities and a public square, sports pitches and recreational facilities, open green space, and community gardens.

There will also be a network on footpaths, cycleways, and bridleways.
