A RARE opportunity has come up to buy a wooden hut on one of Wales’s most expensive stretches of real estate.

The bathing hut on Porth Mawr beach at Abersoch might not look like much - and only measures around 3.5metres in each direction.

But - like other huts on the row in recent years - it comes with a large price tag thanks to its highly desirable location.

There aren't often opportunities to snap up beach huts at this spot and demand is always high when they do come to market.
