No retrial for man accused of assisting killers

THE CPS has confirmed there will be no retrial for Kristian Hooper, one of the five accused of assisting an offender in a double murder case in Bristol in 2024.

Earlier this month, a jury failed to reach a verdict for Hooper, who was accused of helping arrange for his son Riley Tolliver, pictured inset, to leave Bristol hours after the murders of Max Dixon and Mason Rist in Knowle West in January 2024.
