TWO Bristol NHS trusts said they are making “great progress” on an “exciting” agreement to merge.

North Bristol NHS Trust (NBT) and University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) have agreed to pursue a merger to become a single organisation.
