City have left one spot in their EFL squad list free for the second half of the season after opting to register Luke McNally as well as their new signings in their final squad list after the January transfer window.Having been left out of the Robins’ previous list published in September, McNally has been included in the Robins’ latest submission, which was published by the EFL on Tuesday. Clubs are permitted to name a maximum of 25 players over the age of 21 in their squad.
Players under the age of 21, such as winter addition Seb Naylor - who joined City on a permanent deal from Manchester City last month - do not need to be included in the squad list. However, any players left out of the Robins’ list will now be ineligible to play for Gerhard Struber's side for the remainder of this term.
