When it comes to exercise, especially anything involving walking or running, your shoes are the single most important investment you'll make.

You don’t need to spend a fortune. It’s not about chasing the latest big-brand designs or flashy marketing.

What really matters is how the shoe fits and supports your foot.

Tennis shoes, old gym trainers or those fashion sneakers sitting in the back of the closet? Probably not going to cut it.

Worn-out soles, poor cushioning, or a bad fit can cause more harm than good.
