Ryan has BEST start to a career in hot seat

NEW Albion head coach Ryan Mason says he "would be silly" not to take things from some of the best managers in the world he has worked under, such as Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte.
Mason, who helped Ange Postecoglou win the Europa League for Tottenham last season, was forced to retire early as a player due to a head injury and has since forged a promising coaching career.
He was unveiled at The Hawthorns this week and feels ready to take that next step.
"My playing career got cut very short at the age of 25 so it probably accelerated the process in terms of becoming a head coach," explained Mason.
"When you start coaching you have ambitions, you have goals, and you start looking to the future but not taking your mind off the present.
