City business park signs up 4 new tenants

FOUR leases have been signed at a Birmingham business park.
-
The deals totalling more than 50,000 sq ft mean the new section of Hay Hall Business Park in Tyseley has reached full capacity.
The new tenants are Core Padel which has signed a ten-year lease for 19,399 sq ft and Together Logistics which has taken 10,340 sq ft.
