Revamp starts as part of city centre regeneration works

THE steps leading up to Birmingham's Victoria Square from New Street have been torn up amid major city centre regeneration works.

The ‘Floozie in the Jacuzzi’ is the nickname of one of Birmingham's most iconic landmarks, The River, a water feature in front of the Council House.
Works are taking place on the steps beside it as part of the extensive public realm transformation.
