THE ‘poshest’ area of Birmingham has the city’s highest burglary rate, analysis of crime data has revealed.

It’s not often Edgbaston tops a crime list, but that is the case when it comes to burglary.

Crime is generally low in the suburb which would be classed among the best areas to live, but burglary is an issue on some of the most expensive streets in the city.
