Kids petrified as crooks raid house to grab BMW car keys

DAD'S ANGER AFTER 3AM BURGLARY
THIEVES struck in the middle of the night in Sutton Coldfield breaking into a home and stealing car keys as a family slept upstairs.
The break-in took place at a property in Springfield Road on Sunday, October 19.
Two masked youths wearing balaclavas and hoodies broke into the rear of the home at around 3.45am.
Once inside, they took keys to a white BMW X3, registration number: A17 XEJ and went back to the car, getting inside and then fleeing the scene in the car.
Alex Clarke who lives in the house with his wife and two children, aged 7 and 8, said: “We woke up and found out in the morning.
“I opened the curtains and the car wasn’t there. The back door was open and at first we'd thought we'd left it open.
