MATERIALS

3-3.5 metres of 140cm wide drapey woven such as viscose, crepe or silk

12mm waistband elastic the length of the waist

1.5-2m of 1cm wide bias binding (shop bought or make your own)

Fabric marking pens or chalk

Straight and curved rulers

Matching thread

Basic sewing kit

NOTES

Seam allowance is 1cm and hem allowance is 2.5cm, unless otherwise stated

SKIRT - CUT TWO

Step one Measure from your waistline to 10cm above the knee. Add 4cm (eg. 46+4 = 50). Mark this length vertically on the fold.
