Live from Media City UK in Salford, this year it’s hosted by Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall, Joel Dommett, Alison Hammond, Rylan Clark and Alesha Dixon, before Tom Allen and AJ Odudu take over from 10pm on BBC2.

As Red Nose Day celebrates 40 years, expect a star-studded line-up, live performances, musical acts and special surprises, all raising a laugh as well as vital funds for important causes.
