In director Jonny Campbell’s splattery comedy horror, adapted by Jurassic Park screenwriter David Koepp from his own novel, a night guard at a self-storage warehouse has misgivings about finding the source of a strange noise:

“Maybe it's something terrible?”

That's an understatement: the sound is an alarm triggered by the escape of deadly green fungus from outer space, which infects human hosts, eventually causing the carrier to combust and spread the contagion.
