First win feels gr-eight for Brummies

BIRMINGHAM boss Chris Adams admitted it felt good to pick up a first win of the season - but says he won't be getting too carried away.
The Curtis Sport Brummies won 45-44 at Leicester on Monday as they finally added two league points to the board at the eighth time of asking.
In a hugely positive start, Birmingham not only recorded two heat advantages in the opening four races, but just as crucially, they didn't record any last places - something Adams felt proved pivotal.
