Developers are sought for new 'prime' sites in Brum

THESE are the exciting CGI images of two new Birmingham city centre sites worth a combined £235 million - with developers being sought in regenerations areas.
One is a 484 residential apartment, on the corner of Bradford Street and Birchall Street, in Birmingham's vibrant Digbeth area.
The proposed buildings ranges from six to 10 storeys across six blocks, with the site extending to 2.412 acres.
The second development is for 364 residential apartments in Princip Street in the Gun Quarter.
It is arranged across three buildings, with the biggest building standing at 26-storeys and the smallest being six. This covers an area of 1.211 acres and sits within a 10-minute walk of Colmore Business District.
