PP vows to fight old power groups
Piyabutr Saengkanokkul, former secretary-general of the dissolved Future Forward Party and nowa key campaign aide for the People’s Party (PP), delivered a sharp rebuttal on the campaign trail against remarks by senior figures from the Pheu Thai Party, accusing them of undermining democratic allies.
Speaking at a PP rally in Sakon Nakhon on Jan 24, Mr Piyabutr responded to repeated comments made on Pheu Thai campaign stages questioning whether PP would be able to form a government even if it won the election.
