Court set to review iCon case evidence

The Criminal Court yesterday began accepting evidence presented by suspects and prosecutors involved in The iCon Group fraud case, which has caused over one billion baht in losses.

Fifteen suspects were brought in from Bangkok Remand Prison and the Central Women’s Correctional Institute to attend the session. One suspect, Wilawan Phutthasamrit, came to the court by herself, as she had been granted bail by the court.
All of the suspects were in good spirits, and some of their supporters were allowed to remain in the courtroom for the session.
