Widows of ex-servicemen to get 50% of quota, like other states

Till now, ex-servicement in Gujarat had to undergo medical checks to procure liquor permit on health grounds. After repeated appeals, the Ministry of Defence has finally provided relief to them. Now, they will get liquor quota without a health permit. Their widows will also be entitled to 50% of the quota, just like in other states.
