AMC to auction 15 more plots, eyes Rs 1,824cr

Plan approvals to be completed within 90 days of sale to attract buyers; Thaltej plot costliest at Rs 345cr

The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has decided to sell 15 more plots for residential and commercial purposes in areas including Thaltej, Gota, and Bodakdev.

The civic body is expected to earn Rs 1,824 crore from the sale. The proposal was approved by the corporation's standing committee on Thursday. This comes as an online auction to sell 13 other plots worth Rs 1,188 crore is set for November 27-28.
