Mitch's Bees aim to continue on right road
HARBOROUGH Town boss Mitch Austin says there are “more records to break” as the upwardly mobile Bees look to continue their rapid rise.
Promoted from the the United Counties League as champions in 2022, Harborough made short work of their first-ever season at Step 3.
A storming finish to the campaign saw Austin’s men finish eighth in NPL Division One West, just a point outside the play-off places.
Now, after a busy summer of transfer activity, the 35-year-old is urging his team to go one better.
“I’m pleased with what we achieved last season,” says Austin.
“It was a level we’d never been at, with lads who’d never played in it and a manager who’d never managed there.
