Q As the President of Sagar Group of Hospitals, you hold a significant leadership position in the healthcare industry. What inspired you to pursue this role, and what challenges did you face along the way?
My journey into healthcare leadership was inspired by a deep-seated passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives. Witnessing the gaps in healthcare services propelled me to pursue a leadership role where I could effect meaningful change. However, navigating complex regulatory frameworks, managing financial constraints, and addressing evolving patient needs presented formidable challenges. Yet, each obstacle served as an opportunity for growth and learning, reinforcing my commitment to driving excellence in healthcare delivery.
