IT'S not necessarily an easy task to successfully cover a football club's 150 years of history.

But Keith Dixon can be mightily proud of his tome on the life and times of Birmingham City.

To be straight up with you, I should say from the off that Keith has been a regular contributor to Late Tackle over the years with articles about his beloved Blues.

However, I can also genuinely say that I would have given this book a positive review whoever had put it together. The scene is set with an attractive front cover that features Birmingham legends Trevor Francis, Jude Bellingham, Gil Merrick and Karen Carney.
