Chandrababu Naidu's dream capital Amaravati renews its tryst with destiny, returning from the realm of imagination to that of brick and mortar. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who laid its foundation stone at Uddandarayunipalem on October 22, 2015, is again at hand as the greenfield capital goes into construction.
