WE ADDED NORMAN to the menagerie—Clydesdales, cows, emus, peacocks and more—on our 50-acre farm five years ago. He’s a dromedary camel (one hump). We got him from a local veterinarian when he was 8 weeks old and already the size of Great Dane. We had to bottle-feed him.
