The World Wellness Weekend was founded in 2017 to support the United Nations' objective of 'Good Health and Wellbeing for All', supporting SDG 3 by promoting five pillars of wellness: Sleep and Creativity, Nutrition and Immunity, Movement and Vitality, Mindfulness and Serenity, Sense of Purpose and Solidarity. To mark the 7th World Wellness Weekend, (during 15th, 16th & 17th September), J Wellness Circle will offer curated wellness experiences embracing these five pillars of wellness for their guests, associates, corporate employees, and the local communities.

The celebrations will include a host of uniquely curated immersive experiences for the guests-ranging from yoga, guided meditations, healing therapies, personal training sessions, healthy culinary delights, chakra balancing, Angel healing, and more. Over the weekend, the day will begin with a Signature Dhoop ritual and chanting across different locations.
