Incorporating food into your sex life can make it even sweeter. Here's how to do it and the best ones to try for full-flavoured fun.

AN APPETITE FOR LOVE

Have you ever brought your favourite eats or something edible into your sex sessions? Studies show that food and sex can activate the same parts of the brain.

Eating good food can be as pleasurable as sex is for many people. So, it makes sense that merging these two things can be a pleasurable experience. If you want to bring something tasty to your trysts, here are the best ones to try and how to use them for flavoursome fun.

Sound delicious? If you intend to play with your food - literally! - make sure that you apply it to the outside of the body on top of the skin rather than putting it inside any crevices. Otherwise, you run the risk of discomfort or infection.

ICE, ICE BABY

Okay, technically, ice cubes don't have a taste. But you could freeze liquids such as coffee or juice to have some frozen fun. Using cold objects during foreplay is known as temperature play, and can heighten your sensations for even more pleasure. This might not be the best wintertime activity, but it can cool you down when bringing the heat in the summer months.

TRY IT

If you're using plain ice, a wet bed is no real bother but if you are using another liquid, place towels underneath you or your partner. That way, you don't stain and ruin the sheets.

WHIP IT REAL GOOD
