Luzerne's SG60 Diamond Collection tells the Singapore story, while supporting charitable causes with a focus on mental health
-
As Singapore celebrates six decades of independence, Luzerne unveils the SG60 Diamond Collection: a commemorative series marking the country's journey in porcelain.
Designed by Singaporean watercolourist, associate professor Ng Woon Lam of NTU's School of Art, Design and Media, each piece channels national milestones into timeless everyday wares. But this is more than just a tableware launch, as Luzerne also aims to raise $600,000 for charitable causes focusing on mental health support.
CHARTING HISTORY
Founded as Hiap Huat Pottery in 1947, Luzerne has grown from a family-run business into a global tableware brand rooted in Singaporean identity. Evolving alongside the nation, the brand translates each milestone into commemorative pieces that trace Singapore's journey—from kampongs to playgrounds to smart cities. These stories come together in the SG60 Diamond Collection.
