Known for its commitment to superior quality, Hästens has been making beds for over 170 years, and seeing the process up close makes it clear why this family-run Swedish brand continues to stand out in the world of luxury sleep solutions. “We don’t just make beds; we craft sleep,” says Jan Ryde, Hästens’ fifth-generation CEO. His presence in the factory is unassuming, but it’s obvious he’s the driving force behind the company’s evolution. Jan took the helm in 1988, continuing the family tradition while pushing the brand to new heights. “Our goal has always been to give people the best sleep possible, and that starts here, with what we put into every bed,” he explains.
