WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU FIRST WALK THROUGH THE DOOR?

Take my shoes off on the porch, scream at the children to put their shoes in the shoe cupboard, give the dog a cuddle and go straight into the kitchen to put on the kettle. I tend to drink lukewarm water. In Ayurveda culture, the idea is that if you drink water at a similar temperature to you internally, it's better for the gut.

WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE TIME OF THE DAY AT HOME?

The evening. Once the kids are in bed at 8.30pm, the kitchen's clean and everything's tidy. I always have a candle lit, and I love to potter about or write.
